Just got a message on my tivo that reads as follows:
"Over the next 24 hours, you may experience a 2-3 hour period in which the TiVo Service will be down for maintenance related to an upgrade of our guide data. As your DVR downloads this new data, you may experience some service interruptions. We appreciate your patience as we complete this upgrade process."
My question is, does "service interruptions" mean/include the possibility of scheduled recordings being missed? Or will this occur when there are no recordings scheduled for a 3 hour period? Any info/insight is appreciated.
