Series 2 Tivo is sending wrong channel numbers to Comcast digital adapter

I have a series 2 with an IR blaster connected to a Comcast Digital Adapter. When I change the channel, on most channels, the IR blaster sends the correct signal to the Comcast adapter but for channel 12 the IR blaster sends the numbers 011. For channel 2, the IR blaster sends the number 001. I have tried all 3 versions of the IR codes for the Comcast adapter (10104 A, B and C) but still have the problem. Anyone else experience this?
