Amazon Prime Streaming Without Roamio

I plan on purchasing a Roamio OTA box in the future, but I would like to start Streaming Amazon Prime now. If I buy a Tivo Mini now, would I be able to use the streaming services (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc...) without having a Roamio to connect it to?

I'd rather not buy a Roku for streaming these if I plan on buying a Roamio OTA in the future, so thanks in advance for your replies.
