Netflix - no video

I've using my Roamio Pro to drive two AVRs (two rooms). The first connection is via HDMI and the second is by component video plus optical/toslink for audio. Normally this works fine, but just the other day I tried netflix streaming over component video (2nd AVR). This failed completely. I get audio but no video. It doesn't seem to matter whether the first AVR is powered or not.

Does anyone else stream Netflix successfully over component video?
