Plex Missing Features: What is possible?

I am curious as to what would be possible in the Plex app and how we could get definitive answers (ask Plex or Tivo)?

Features that seem to be missing:

• 1080P video (sounds like this is possible and in the works)
• DTS digital audio output
• 3D (MVC) video
• TV Episode deletion
