Roamio remote reset.

Are their away to reset a Roamio remote back to the factory settings? I received my second remote today so I can use it the living room. I set the tv up ok but when I was setting up it for the receiver I might have goofed it up. In stead of using mute plus tivo I used the power and tivo. I finally realized what I was doing wrong and it to control the mute and volume but it will not turn of the receiver.
does any one know how to correct this problem?
