turned on the TV yesterday and got v58 error on every channel. Bupkis. Went to the Charter web page, my account, hit refresh boxes and problem solved. No call needed.
Of course it was probably Charter's fault the problem cropped up to begin with. 😄
Does any other cable co have this feature to get a hit on the cable card via the Internet?
