Lost ability to connect via internet

I have a Series 4 software ver 20.4.7a xxx and have netflix and youtube and up till 4-5 days ago i was able to watch videos and movies but now it will not connect anymore. I have a wireless router from centurylink and it seems to be working because it shows

Network connection details shows
wireless router
signal strength is 90%
and it shows me an IP address

So it looks like it is connected but it also gives me a error message of
"there is a problem with the connection to the tivo service. Things will be back to normal shortly" (that has been 5 days)

I have rebooted 3-4 times. tivo tells me it has not connected for programming for 5 days. So it sounds like i have a good signal from the router to the tivo but it won't connect to get programming....

HELP ME OBE WAN KENOBE....YOU'RE MY ONLY HOPE!!:rolleyes:
