WTB: Base Roamio w/ lifetime

I'm interested in a base Roamio (OTA + cable) TCD846500 w/ lifetime. I would greatly prefer one with all the paperwork, original box, etc. I thought I'd post in case anyone's looking to upgrade to Plus or Pro and looking to sell their base model. Thanks!
