Any dvr that offers a webcast scheduler and lets you watch live webcasts?

I'm moving on...It's kind of funny to ask for a feature built into several apps on our phones and tablets. But do any of the dvr's out there have a webcast scheduler or podcast scheduler? Do any allow you to watch live broadcasts and record live broadcasts?
