New Minis, RF Remote Mode Not Working

I recently purchased and set up three of the new version Minis; two came directly from TiVo (already activated on my account) and the third came from Amazon (not activated). I can't get the remotes to work in RF mode for the two Minis that came directly from TiVo. All three Mini remotes will work in IR mode with all three Minis, and all three remotes will work in RF mode with the Mini that was purchased from Amazon, but none of the remotes will work in RF mode with the two Minis that were purchased directly from TiVo.



Has anyone else had an issue like this? Any suggestions other than return the Minis to TiVo and hope for better luck with the replacements?
