Program Info will run out on Mon April 6th (NOT!)

My Tivo HD started running this message yesterday:



"Program Info will run out on Mon April 6th"

Please connect with TiVo Service



However, I connected repeatedly to download whatever additional info was needed (and there has been no delay in doing this). And the Program Guide goes until 7pm of April 12.



What's going on here and what do I need to do to get rid of this odd message?



FWIW, I installed a Tuning Adapter 2 weeks ago. Is this related to the problem?
