Comcast, cablecards, and local channel numbers

Hey gang,

What should I expect with Comcast and a cablecard in regards to HD local channel mapping? I am a DirecTV customer right now and my locals are what they are. On my parents X1 system they are also 'normal' local numbers. Prior to the X1, my parents had to use weird channel numbers i.e. 234 was local channel 9 in HD.
