Duplicate channel guide..one with guide, one not.

When scanning channels, I get several ie WTTT and also WTTT-1..The WTTT has a working guide but I cannot get any programs using WTTT. The WTTT-1 has no guide but I can get only the active programming..therefore I cannot set up to record anything in the future.

I get about 25 active channels (Suddenlink provider)and

all have a number and a -1 number,,all work the same.

Anyone, solutions ????
