Ethernet-Roamio + TiVo Mini Without MoCA

I am totally new to the forums—so I apologize for any newbie errors.

•I was a TiVo user back when DirecTV used TiVo and NOW I'm excited that I might be rejoining TiVo again—if I can figure out setting up TiVo Roamio (basic) and one Mini, via Ethernet. I'm dropping CenturyLink/DirecTV and switching to Comcast Xfinity for Internet and basic Cable since there aren't other options for internet.

•Even though I've been reading the forums for weeks, I still have questions! It seems everyone's setup/situation is just a bit different from everyone else's.

•I would rather run Ethernet than deal with MoCA. So, my plan is to run Cat6 Waterproof Outdoor Shielded Solid cable through our crawlspace to the Roamio and Tivo Mini (only one Mini to start with).

•GOAL: Stream Amazon Fire TV (and other available streamable content), plus store streaming and OTA broadcasting to TWO televisions (Living Room and Master Bedroom).

•Step 1: Coaxial Cable connects to MODEM in OFFICE and to ROAMIO in LIVING ROOM.

•Step 2: ETHERNET connects from the ROUTER which is in the OFFICE to the LIVING ROOM where the ROAMIO is located and then to the MASTER BEDROOM where the TIVO MINI is located.

??? Can I “split” the Ethernet at the Living Room/Roamio junction by swiveling a splitter, so it splits off to the Roamio, but continues full-fledged (so to speak) on to the bedroom? I am assuming that the Roamio and Mini should be on the same port. The only Ethernet-like splitters/combiners I can find are the paired-type, such as Gigaware or Rj45. But, then, I may not be searching with the correct terminology! Maybe I need a hub?

??? Also, somewhere here in the Forums, people discussed requirements for coax splitters as 2.0 or 3.0Mhz, and mentioned some brand names. I wish I had bookmarked that info since I cannot find it again.

•I can only afford to do this if I am able to get in on the deals that expire on Monday, 03/01 (for Xfinity) and Tuesday, 03/02 (for TiVo). Sorry for posting so last-minute, but I thought I had it all figured out until I was double-checking my to-be-ordered list, and started thinking “oops, this might not be right. . . .” Sigh. Thank you so much for any assistance.

I've attached a little sketch just in case it might be helpful.
