FIOS - Remove Actiontec Router?

My setup is as follows

• FIOS - CAT5 internet install, no STB's


• Tivo Roamio Pro - Configured as MOCA bridge


• Tivo Mini (2)


• Apple Airport Extreme

I have configured my Airport in the DMZ so I do not need to adjust port forwarding rules on the Actiontec.

At this point do I even need the Actiontec device given I do not have any STB's and do not use the MOCA?

If not can someone point me to the steps for disabling this?

I found a lot of posts to to configure this as a bridge, but I am blocked on setting up the Airport.
