I just upgraded from my old HD tivo to a new roamio. It's been great until I realized I can't get bbc america hd and some other (but not all) hd channels. I called charted and they "sent a signal" but that didn't fix it. I rebooted the tivo and restarted the tuning adapter, but no joy.
When I tune to bbca (737) I get the cable card menu. I also went into "test channe" un tivo's cable card decoder menu. On that screen it simply says "No channels available" which seems odd since I do see channels in live tv. =?
I found some info on the tivo help pages (http://ift.tt/1EpJ1NB) so I followed that. One value from that page not correct on my screen is the "Val" value. The help doc says val should = v, while mine
Charter said to get a new cable card. Any thoughts?
