Hi
I'm about to leave DTV and switch to cable with Tivo. My Cat-5 network only reaches 1 TV (which i don't even use), so my plans are to do the following:
main router -> Moca adaptor -> coax wiring
Coax into Tivo Roamio and 2-3 Mini's
I'm confident that will work for the networking portion. The next question I have is for 2 wireless AP's in the house that currently hang off moca adaptors. Can i use the Tivo Roamio and Mini's (Networked through Moca) as bridges and hang the WAP's off of each Tivo's Cat-5 port?
If this won't work, then I guess I can do a Coax splitter going into the Tivo and also into a Moca adaptor, then to the WAP... but the less hardware, the better.
