Premiere slow connecting to recorded shows after one pass update

Anyone else notice it takes a few seconds to connect to a recorded show after the one pass update? I restarted but still didn't fix it. I get the round dots spinning until it connects



However if there are a few recordings in one folder and I choose



"play all in this group" I get no delay. Strange
