I am new to TiVo Desktop Plus and TiVo Roamio Plus. I am receiving a “could not start the conversion process” when I trying to convert the 40th Anniversary Saturday Night Life to iPad on a Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 computers using an Ethernet connection. However, I do not have a problem downloading it to my iPad Air 2. In addition, I am also getting partial downloads on some shows using TiVo Desktop Plus and once again no problem on the iPad.
One thing I did learn while downloading on the iPad. If I try to download using 5 GHz, it does not completely download, but is fine on 2.4 GHz.
