There is a billing issue with my 2 newly subscribed tivos. The initial authorizations for service on my rush card did not include tax. Tivo has since tried to obtain additional authorizations including tax but failed since im broke till i get paid. When I called tivo to see what they could do, all they told me was that When I get paid, the correct amount will be charged and the pending amounts for the incorrect amount will come off "eventually". That's unacceptable to just say eventually. actually they should have billed the correct amount to begin with. Now im stuck having $30 held up that I could be using for gas to get to work, but cant because tivo needs to charge the correct amount all over again and just "wait" for my card to release the incorerct amount back to my balance. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? to fix this without having my gas money held up?
