OK, this is not anything critical, but part of what makes TiVo unique is their sense of fun in relation to their product. I, for one, really think the TiVo opening videos (by selection "0" from TiVo Central or upon re-boot) are funny and even a "kick" to watch once in a while. I do laugh. OK, I really like viewing those intros on my boxes every month or so.
Well, it seems with the last update for OnePass, the TiVo intro video for ALL my S4 and S5 boxes will start, but then end abruptly just about 3 seconds later, never playing to the end. I have invoked the playback multiple times on ALL S4 (both THX intro for XL AND the TiVo walking in black and white to music for the standard Premiere) and S5 boxes, and it is ALL the VERY same "bug": It starts to play for a few seconds, and the abruptly stops and goes to TiVo Central without finishing the video.
So, TiVo, while this certainly does not rank as a pressing matter, could you please see what you can do so that those of us who really like the humor and fun of your mascot, the little TiVo critter, can enjoy your creative, funny, intro videos for a quick laugh? Thanks.
