TivoHD says service is inactive?

I've had my TivoHD for years, and have never had a problem until now. I haven't recently changed anything.



My account is up to date according to tivo.com (cc hasn't expired, etc.)

In System Information says my account is in good standing.

I can connect to the tivo service fine.



But when I try to go to the guide, is says my service is not currently active. If I go to tivo.com/activate and enter my service number, it says I already have service!



I know tivo support is my best bet, but they're closed right now.



This sucks. I can't use the guide or record anything. Does anybody have any suggestions?
