V52 Errors and pixelization

I've had TiVo for about a week and everything seemed to be working fine during that time (Roamio Pro and Mini on Moca network). Yesterday, I started getting massive pixelization on many channels and V52 errors on many others that simply would not tune in. I'm not experienced enough yet with TiVo to know all the troubleshooting tricks. I did reboot the all of my devices (including tuning adapter), but the problems persisted off and on and continue this morning. They are not non-stop - sometimes these channels work and other times they do not. What should I be looking at to solve this issue? My building is only 6-7 years old, so the cabling is pretty good, I think.



Update: after a live chat with Charter, she got everything working again. Not sure exactly what she did, but we'll see how long it holds.
