When "New" is not really New

I recently added an SP for Pawn Stars, requesting only new episodes. I suppose that my Tivo is using the 28 day rule because there is a marathon of PS on next Wednesday and all are set to record.



Is there a way to set up the SP where it only records actual new programs?
