tivo hd resale value?

I called tivo to cancel the subscription for my hd tivo (http://ift.tt/1xbpyIP) and the cs rep said the unit qualified for a $99 lifetime upgrade. Before I cancel the monthly, is there a market for the hd's? I have the wireless adapter with it.
