You tube iPad app shows stream to premiere but not roamio

I was watching a you tube video on my iPad and I click the streaming icon in the upper right corner (next to the +) and it list my Oppo blu Ray and my premiere, but not my roamio pro.



Is there a reason why it doesn't list the roamio?
