Arris buys Pace

I do not know what involvement TiVo has or had with Pace but it appears Arris is buying Pace for $2.1 billion.

Arris now owns Motorola, Pace, and Moxi. It now looks like there is 2 STB makers in the US, Arris and Cisco.
