Is this a good deal

My TIVO Premier is dying a slow and painful death, due to a bad hard drive. I also have a TIVO HD in the bedroom, which is doing fine.



I contacted TIVO, who offered me a Roamio Plus for $299, a mini for $150 and dropping my monthly fee to $9.99.



Is this a good deal? $100 off the plus seems ok, but not that great for a very long term (~ 15 year) TIVO person.
