Tivo is slow and I can't access You Tube at all

For the past few days, my You Tube access has become slower and slower, and now I can't get it at all. Starting today, the Tivo itself is taking several seconds to pull up shows that I want to watch. I've heard that this kind of thing can be linked to local broadband problems, but my computer isn't running any differently.



Is this anything I need to worry about, and what can I do about it?
