Getting an SD channel but not the HD?

Hi all. Just a quick question. I have a Pro model Roamio with Charter silver package. I have a problem on one of my channels. It is GAC (Great American Country). I get the SD channel, but when I tune to the HD channel it has an error pop up that says the channel is not arthorized. Has anyone went through this? Thanks for any information,
