Picture Flickering while streaming

I recently purchase a Roamio Plus and Mini and connected both to my 5 year old Premiere (Roamio and Premiere are on Ethernet and Mini through MoCA). Now when I stream Amazon/Netflix on my Roamio, the bottom of the picture flickers. This didn't happen when the tv was connected to the Premiere and doesn't happen on the other TVs. One strange thing- when a YouTube video is started, the ad flickers but the video does not. Any help on what to change/do would be appreciated!!
