Question about TiVo Premiere Glo remote operation

I got a Premiere Glo remote off ebay. It arrived, but it doesn't appear to "glo" or light up like I thought. It seems like a standard Premiere remote. I have a Series 3 Glo remote and it basically lights up when you push any of the keys. I assumed this Premiere Glo remote operates the same way, but maybe there is a different way to turn it on/off.



I wanted to find out here about it first before I proceed to contact the seller and/or file a complaint.
