I am having trouble upgrading my TiVo software.
When I go into System Information, it notes that I have Software Version: 11.0m-01-2-658
I have connected to the TiVo Service multiple times (more than 5) via the Phone/Internet setting, however, it only seems to configure, check my account status, set the clock, and then it disconnects almost immediately followed by a 'ding' sound (which I assume means Sucess and Finished). All steps have check marks and Done next to them. The Last Status still reads Successful and it connects daily and never fails. I have restarted the box properly and it has not helped. I have also unplugged the box and same result.
I do not understand why it will not download the software and upgrade it.
I have the TiVo Premier HD connected to the internet via ethernet cable connected to a TiVo Wireless. I can transfer from my MacBook fine and stream Netflix fine as well, so it can't be the internet connection.
Am I doing something wrong? Please help! :)
