TiVo vs. V+ TV Output

Can somebody please tell me exactly if there is a difference between the HDMI output from TiVo and that of Virgin Media V+ ? My TiVo is a 1 TB.



I am thinking mainly of signal strength - Amplitude, frequency and modulation or any other transmission variation or configuration settings which may differ.
