Tivo Wake Up Receiver/TV

Does anybody know how to get the get the Tivo to turn on the receiver/tv when waking up from standby?



Every single other device I have connected to receiver does this naturally, Bluray, Chromecast, PS4, Roku, Kodi, Xbox etc.. I am assuming it is some obscure Tivo setting I have not located yet.
