general tivo / mini questions | new owner

Hello All,



I am a new owner of Tivo Roamio. Over the weekend, I replaced the original internal hard drive with a 3TB hard drive and also networked one tivo mini for the bedroom using ethernet cable. all went well.



Question: what happens if I am done watching live TV in the bedroom but forget to put the tivo mini in standby. Does one of the four tuners of roamio maintains a constant allocation of a tuner to the tivo mini in the bedroom..so does that also mean if I have multi tuner recordings taking place, something won't get recorded ?
