"The rating of this show is unknown:" message

Hi. Our Roamio Plus keeps popping up a message that says



"The rating of this show is unknown:

Please SELECT to enter your PIN and watch the show"



It's typically when it comes back from a commercial break. After a few seconds it disappears.



On the parental controls, I'm only blocking NC-17 and AO movies. And I made sure that it's not supposed to block "unknown" ratings.



Any suggestions on what do? It's pretty annoying!
