Netflix and YouTube Apps GONE

I have a brand new Roamio Plus (T6 actually) and two Tivo minis connected via MoCA. They are rented from my local (Canadian) cable provider. They worked flawlessly for 6 weeks after installation. Last week the Netflix and YouTube apps disappeared from the 'Find Movies' menu. They disappeared on the Roamio and ONE of the minis. By the next morning, the apps were gone from all three devices. I have rebooted and reconnected all the devices multiple times. I have searched endlessly for solutions. These apps do not even appear on the list of video providers. I have called my providers support, they had me do the things I had already tried, they do not have a solution. They are sending someone out later this week, and I suspect the installer is just going to take the easy route and swap out the boxes. I just don't think this feels like a hardware issue. Any ideas or suggestions? The software version is not the latest (20.4.5c I think), and it does not appear to have been updated recently. Nothing in the TiVo or router configuration was changed. The app literally disappeared within two hours of using it.
