What to do when Tivo/Tribune wont correct listings?

OK I am kind of at wits end here.

I recently moved to a different area so redid the guide setup. And there is one mux that is all jacked up. Wrong PSIP and wrong programming. I have submitted a lineup request to Tivo and an e-mail to Tribune and Tivo's was closed as "resolved" and it hasn't. Tribune hasnt responded (other than the generic reply). Been going on over 3 weeks now



The issue is the station in question (K48IF-D) **should** remap to

26-1 FOX

26-2 My

26-3 Movies!



But instead it remaps to

9-1 FOX

29-2 Bounce



Yes its a translator station but its all jacked up so I can't record anything via timers. I have to set up manual ones because 26-1,26-2,26-3 show up in a scan but "TBA" for programming info.



(its a translator of Minneapolis FOX KMSP. In Mpls FOX is on 2 stations. RF29 remaps to 9-1 FOX HD, 9-2 My HD and 9-3 Movies. The translator is using that RF staton. RF9 has Bounce on 9-4 and FOX HD on 9-9)



What can I do to get this changed? Should I just re-open another ticket?

sidenote...they also dont have Decades on KCCWDT2 12-2 but that is not as pertinent for me
