Hey guys, yesterday I called and ordered more channels with optimum for my kids, but they won't work. The lady at optimum kept resetting things on their end and said that it would work soon. I think she just wanted me off the phone because they still don't work. Any ideas of things I could try to do on my end? I keep getting error V58 - channel not authorized.
