Many of my DVD backups are displaying with black bars on the sides and the top and bottom when using the Plex app on my premiere. The files were ripped with MakeMKV and compressed with Handbrake using the High Profile. The videos fill the whole screen using the Plex app on Fire TV and iOS. They have no black bars at all when viewed on the PC.
Here's an example of the XML from one of the files.
