I have one cable line to the TV area and really no other options to bring in another home rum. That run is split once, Roamio and series 1 using a 3.5DB, 5-1000 splitter.
For whatever reason I have developed some signal problems on some of the high def channels. Removing the splitter solves the problems so I guess I need a small amplifier. I don't want to create additional problems so I am looking for suggestions.
Now maybe I just need a new splitter or one with a higher range.
