Coax OTA connection in room with no coax outlet

I just moved into a new place and need to hook up my TiVo especially planned for this move. There is only one room where the entertainment center can be set up.
- That room has no cable outlet.
- There are doorways on both sides of the wall where the TV would be.
- It's an inside wall.
- There is no crawl space, it has vaulted ceiling.
- Slab foundation.
- There are two power outlets on that wall.

Does anyone know of a device that lets me send the antenna signal over power lines? I'll use ethernet over power lines for Internet.

Any thoughts on options?
- I can stick an indoor antenna on the wall but reception will probably be miserable. Not nice to look at.
- Find a way to place the TiVo in another room and send the HDMI over Ethernet or power lines.
- Find a way to place the TiVo in another room and get a TiVo Mini.
The TiVo in a separate room has it's own complications.

Any better ideas?
