For various reasons, this summer we've fallen behind in our tv watching and we have several episodes on almost all of the series we watch. Falling Skies is one of them. We saw the season opener and while we weren't completely bored, we didn't walk away feeling 100% invested in the season, either. Now we're 5 episodes behind and every time we scroll down to them, we bypass them in favor of other series we need to catch up on (Ray Donovan, True Detective, etc). We heard from friends that Under the Dome was just awful this season, so I read some of the comments in this Tivo forum and then deleted the SP.
Does Falling Skies improve as the season progresses or is it more of the same 'kill the Espheni before they kill us' over and over again? Especially as this is the last season, is it worth trying to plug through these five eps to get to the end?
