Is Tivo still giving deals on Lifetime for anyone who's paid monthly for a while?

Just curious--a while back I read that if you called Tivo they'd offer you a deal on Lifetime service if you'd been paying monthly for a long period of time.

Is this deal still active? If so, anyone know how long you need to have paid monthly to qualify?

I think I've been paying for about 18 months...
