New channel program guide 2 hours off.

I live in El Paso, Tx. Recently on channel 4-3 we got a new channel called MeTV. The problem is with the guide. Its two hours off on all programs. So if its 5 PM the program that is actually on is the program that is scheduled for 3 PM. I have tried talking to tech supposed in regards to this matter and he took all of the info down that i gave home. He also said that it would take 5 days for the guide to be corrected. Unfortunately its been more than 5 days and as of this point there have been no changes to the guide. Are there anymore options available for me?
