Problem tuning one channel

Good morning. I recently switched over to a setup that includes a Roamio OTA and two Mini's all hooked up via ethernet. I am running with a new router, gigabit switches, and cat6 cables. The system is running well and I think it will meet my needs. I have just one issue that I am trying to work out at the moment.

I live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and I get lots of channels (96). It looks like I live about 30 miles from most of the transmitters. I have an RCA Compact Outdoor Yagi HD antenna up in my attic and it seems to do a reasonable job. All of my signal strengths range from 72 up to the low 80's.

My problem comes when I tune one specific channel which is 11-2, a local CBS affiliate. About five seconds after tuning the channel, a blue TiVo box pops up that says "Problem with the signal on this antenna channel. Trying again." The channel looks and sounds fine on the screen below the floating message.

Neither of my mini's is able to tune the channel. When I select 11-2 on one of the mini's the same message pops up but there is no picture showing and no sound.

All of my other channels work fine on the Roamio and the mini's. Channel 11-1, the main CBS channel, looks awesome. I pointed the antenna at the heading that a few of the sites indicate would be best for the CBS station in question. I just checked and right now the signal strength I get for 11-2 is a steady 72 with a peak of 77. Those numbers are pretty much identical to the signal strengths for all of my other channels. Channel 11-1 shows the same signal strength as 11-2.

Actually, almost all of my channels seem to settle on a signal strength of 72. Is it normal for them all to be the same?

I have checked all of the things that I found in the one or two other threads I saw on this problem and nothing seems to be helping. I have rescanned my channels, checked and unchecked the channel in question, and reset my box a few times. I bought a cheap amplifier at WalMart but it doesn't seem to have any effect at all. I am not sure if it is working. I chatted with TiVo help last night and they seem to think it is an antenna problem and that the signal strength is marginal.

I ordered a different antenna to try out and should get it in a few days. While waiting for that, I thought I would check in and see if anyone has any other ideas.

Thanks in advance for your help.
