Transferring info from Premiere to Roamio?

I hooked up my new Roamio last night, and I downloaded the unwatched shows from the Premier via Tivo desktop.

Do I have to watch those shows on my computer or is there a way to get them uploaded to the Roamio?

Also, both Tivos are still hooked up for the next day or so. Is there any way I can either look at the list of One Pass shows I had on the Premier so I can write them down (I forgot) or, better yet, transfer them to the Roamio?
