Universal Remote

My Roamio arrives tomorrow to replace my series 3 (the two Mini's have already arrived to replace my other series 3's). In my family room, I have an Onkyo receiver, VCR, Playstation, Comcast box, Panasonic TV and of course the Tivo controlled by a 7 year old Logitech Harmony.

Is there something better these days that I should consider for a universal remote, or should I just reprogram my Harmony for the new control scheme?
